Very well managed company. The office efficiently addressed issues- all personnel were extremely kind, very helpful, timely responsive. Maintenance (Willie especially) was timely, friendly and a big part of the overall excellence of the CMC mgt. team

Kohl did a great job. Explained how the repair to the closet would work and hold up long term. Also asked for me to look at the work done to make sure it was satisfactory. Did great with adjusting to a barking dog while doing relays in the apartment.

We have lived at Hunters Crossing since November, 2020. Any time we have needed any type of maintenance our requests have been met promptly, professionally, and with courteous, knowledgeable maintenance staff. We have always been pleased with their service.
